Dear Sir,
My name is Keshab and I work in a food company at Seoul before 6 month. I am a E9 visa holder.
When I am joined the company boss said to me 10 hour fix salary is 1,500,000 Won. When I get paid the paid slip have
1,000,000 Won basic & 500,000 extra bonus. My working time is 2 PM to 12 AM, after midnight 12 AM start overtime.
The overtime they give me 5830 Won/hour. Is that right? I hear, in government rule night working is 50% extra but I haven't get.
So in this case I want change my workplace. I can or not? If I can what I do? please sent me an email in Korean language about night working,
night overtime & change the work place. thanks
